• Our cushion covers are sold as accent cushions with a FREE thin / medium layer of padding. If you prefer your cushion to be fuller bodied, a thicker pad can be used or added but this must be purchased separately
• Due to the manufacturing process it is completely normal for your new cushions to shed some of the feather. Excess feather are used to allow for this
• Cushions with a fringe are hand finished and therefore some minor differences in the direction of the fringe is not unusual.

• Where cushions are supplied in plastic bags, the bag can dull down the appearance of the cushion. We encourage customers to carefully remove the cushion from the bag and view the cushion without the plastic.
• All our images are assessed to ensure they accurately represent the product.
